STP & SBR2 Production – Digital Service Providers Notification
Below is a System Notification message we received today from the ATO.
SapphireOne will keep you updated and advise you when these issues have been rectified after hearing from the ATO.
The ATO is experiencing slowness in SBR2 (production), resulting in longer than usual response times.We are closely monitoring and implementing strategies to manage SapphireOnes. This is degraded performance only and SapphireOne is still processing despite the delay.We will provide further updates as we investigate further.
