Get started in a few simple steps


In WooCommerce

  1. Retrieve the API key from WooCommerce.
  2. In the left menu select ‘Settings’.
  3. In the top tab menu, select ‘Advanced’.
  4. In the ‘Page Setup’ menu, select ‘REST API’.
  5. Next to REST API – click on ‘Add Key’.
  6. In the ‘Description field’ write the name of your shop.
  7. User is your shop’s email address.
  8. In ‘Permissions’ select ‘Read/Write’.
  9. Then click on the ‘Generate API Key’.
  10. Copy your Consumer Key and Consumer Secret key.
  11. You’re now ready to integrate WooCommerce with SapphireOne.

In SapphireOne Windows OS

  1. In SapphireOne go to ‘Utilities’ Mode.
  2. In the left navigator, select ‘Controls’ then ‘Master Defaults’.
  3. Return back to Utilities Mode and underneath in Page drop-down menu, select ‘API’.
  4. In the API Settings Demo screen, go to ‘E-Commerce’ on the bottom right.
  5. In ‘Type’ drop-down menu, select ‘WooCommerce’.
  6. Insert Store Address.
  7. Insert your WooCommerce API key – the Consumer Key.
  8. Insert WooCommerce Password – the Consumer Secret Key.
  9. Press ‘Sync Now’ for Inventory Link.
  10. ‘Green tick’ to save and exit.

In SapphireOne MAC OS

  1. In SapphireOne go to ‘Utilities’ Mode.
  2. In the top toolbar, select ‘Controls’ then ‘Master Defaults’.
  3. Return back to ‘Utilities’ Mode and underneath in Page drop-down menu, select ‘API’.
  4. In the API Settings Demo screen, go to ‘E-Commerce’ on the bottom right.
  5. In Type drop-down menu, select ‘WooCommerce’.
  6. Insert Store Address.
  7. Insert your WooCommerce API key – the Consumer Key.
  8. Insert WooCommerce Password – the Consumer Secret Key.
  9. Press ‘Sync Now’ for Inventory Link.
  10. ‘Green tick’ to save and exit.
