Labels - The Ultimate Solution for Warehouse Labelling

The Labels platform was specifically designed to cater to the needs of your warehouse team, providing them with a convenient and efficient solution for finding items and printing labels in various formats. With a vast list of available formats, the platform offers a wide range of options to choose from, ensuring that all labelling requirements are met.

The platform searches through your SapphireOne’s database and presents the team with a list of available formats to choose from.

One of the key features of this platform is its ability to handle a large number of label formats. This means that no matter what type of labeling system a warehouse may use, the platform can accommodate it. From basic text labels to complex barcodes and graphics, the platform has the capability to generate labels in any desired format.

This platform features customisable templates for easy saving and reuse. It simplifies and streamlines the process of creating printable goods for regular orders.

To utilise the Sapphire Custom Web Pack Labels, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate into “Labels”.
  1. Once entered “Inventory ID / Barcode” – the page will be filled with previous order items:
    • ID – Identification number.
    • UPC – Universal product code.
    • Name – Name of inventory.
    • BBD – Best before date.
    • Date – Date to be written on label.
    • Date Packed IN – Date it was packed
    • Batch# – Batch number.
    • Container# – Container number.
    • ClientID – Client Identification Number.
    • Job# – Job number.
    • QTY – Quantity needed.
    • PROMO – Promotional information.
    • SSCC – Serial Shipping Container Code.

Once entered requested data, you may choose the right format of labels.

Example: Nutrition information label, Background information label, General information, ETC.

Once you have chosen the appropriate label for your needs, the next step is to view a preview of the label before printing it out. This preview will give you a visual representation of how the label will look once it has been printed. This is an essential step as it allows you to make any necessary adjustments or corrections before finalising the label.

The preview will typically show the label as it will appear on the label sheet or roll, giving you an accurate representation of the size and placement of the label. You can also view how the label will appear with the selected font, font size, and any other formatting options you have chosen.

In addition to the visual preview, some label printing software may also offer a virtual print preview. This feature allows you to see how the label will look once printed on a physical label, giving you a better understanding of how it will appear in real life.
