SapphireOne Quick Leave Info tool it is designed to work within the Payroll/HR Working Transaction. Once the SapphireOne user enters Payroll/HR, the user can either highlight one employee, highlight several or all employees, and then by selecting the Quick Leave Info under the SapphireOne Tools icon, the user will be able to select leave info. This will provide leaving days, personal carer/sick leave, holiday leave, long service leave, another paid leave, the opening balance before this pay, plus leave added this pay run, minus leave taken this pay run and the closing balance.
If multiple employees are selected the leave details will be merged and totaled for the employees selected.
