The Push Price here and the Open Linked Price Book tools are linked.
When this Push Price tool is used from the Price Estimate function, SapphireOne creates a link from the newly created Pricebook entry to the Price Estimate function.
When the Open Linked Price Book tool is selected, SapphireOne will only display the Price book entries that have been created from the Price Estimate function using this Push Price tool.
The Sapphire Push Price tool enables the SapphireOne user to update the sell price for inventory items at all locations.
This gives the SapphireOne user the ability to Update Price or Create a Price Book on all selected inventory items in their relevant locations.
The Sapphire Push Price tool allows the SapphireOne user to select from a number of options from two drop down menus.
From the Inventory option, the SapphireOne user can select Inventory Location, Inventory Base, Class, Class + Tag 1, Class + Tag 1 + Tag 2 and Class + Tag 1 + Tag 2 + Tag 3. Then they can select from the Price Formula drop down Update Sell Price, Update Sell Price / Weight, Update Sell Price / Carton, Update Sell Price / Pallet or Update the Buy and Sell Price.
For example, you may own a retail company and have multiple store locations. Due to the change of season, you will be receiving a new shipment of inventory to be split across all locations. You may decide to reduce the price of selected inventory to clear out old stock. The SapphireOne user can utilise the Push Price tool by selecting to update the sell price at all inventory locations. This gives the SapphireOne user the unique ability to efficiently update prices in one single functionality.
