Find From Line Overview
The Sapphire Find From Line tool enables the SapphireOne user to select a line and perform an Advanced Find with selected items from the pick list on the left hand side of the Advanced find screen. The Sapphire Find From Line function will search through all Sales and Purchases lines in Transaction inquiry. The SapphireOne user is able to perform an Advanced Find and search a specific line within a Transaction. This could relate to a variety of field, for example, description, quantity, amount, total, etc. This allows the SapphireOne user to find a single or subset of transactions with corresponding fields and group them.
The SapphireOne user can select a single transaction or a group/subset of transaction to search within. The Advanced Find function will search through all items currently in the list on screen.
