ADI Time Import - Easily Import and Record Employee Names, Allowance Types, and Hours

ADI Time Import Overview

The SapphireOne ADI Time Import Tool imports a text file that records Employee Names, Allowance Types and Allowance Hours for a given period within a transaction.

The ADI Time Import tool enables a user to:

• Load in the ADI Time file and subsequently Start a New Pay with existing Standing Transactions.
• Load in the ADI Time data to the Working Transaction.
• Calculate the Super and PAYG for the Employees. 

The procedure to run the ADI Time Import Tool is as follows:

1. Select Tools > ADI Time Import.
2. Browse to and open the ADI Time File.

All employee data will then automatically appear within the SapphireOne Payroll/HR Working Transactions.
