Process Point of Sale Transactions from the Sapphire Web Pack

In this section, you will learn how to create a Point of Sale (POS) transaction using SapphireOne Web Pack. This functionality allows you to efficiently process sales directly from the POS interface, ensuring a seamless transaction experience for your clients. The steps to Create a Point of Sale Transaction are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > POS > Point of Sale.
  2. Use the navigation to bring up a list of relevant inventory. Alternatively, scan items using an electronic barcode scanner if an API is set up.
  3. Click on the “Start Payment” button located at the top right-hand side of the screen.
  4. Select the payment method (e.g., cash, EFTPOS).
  5. Ensure the outstanding balance is $0.00 to activate the “Process” button.
  6. Complete the Transaction
  7. Click the “Process” button to generate the invoice and record the transaction.
