Pack Market Orders from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Packing functionality in SapphireOne Web Pack Market allows you to pack orders accurately and efficiently. This guide will provide you with the steps to create packing slips and manage the packing process. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Market > Packing.
  2. Click on the New Packing Slip button.
  3. Fill out the following mandatory fields:
    • Order Number – Select the order number from the dropdown list.
    • Packer Name – Enter the name of the person responsible for packing.
    • Pack Date – Enter the date of packing.
    • Inventory Items – Add the items to be packed by selecting from the inventory list.
    • Quantity – Enter the quantity to be packed for each item.
  4. Click Save to create the packing slip.
  5. Review the packing slip details for accuracy.
  6. Click Print to generate a hard copy of the packing slip.
  7. Use the packing slip to pack the items accurately.
  8. Ensure each item is packed according to the specified quantity and order details.
  9. Once packing is complete, mark the order as Packed.
  10. Update the inventory system to reflect the packed items.
