Manage Market Pallets from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Pallet Management functionality within SapphireOne Web Pack Market allows you to efficiently manage the movement and tracking of pallets within your organisation. This guide will walk you through the steps to create, manage, and finalise pallet transactions. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Web Pack > Market > Pallet Management.
2. Click on the New Pallet Transaction button.
3. Fill out the following mandatory fields:
   • Client/Vendor Name – Select the client or vendor from the dropdown list.
   • Pallet Type – Choose the type of pallet (e.g., standard, euro).
   • Pallet Number – Enter the unique pallet number.
   • Transaction Date – Enter the date of the transaction.
   • Quantity – Specify the number of pallets involved in the transaction.
4. Click Save to create the pallet transaction.
5. Review the transaction details for accuracy.
6. Click Confirm to finalise the transaction.
7. Use the Pallet Tracking tab to monitor the movement and status of pallets.
8. Update the status as pallets are moved or returned.
