Review the Sales People List from the Sapphire Web Pack

Understanding how to efficiently handle the Sales People List is crucial for tracking sales performance, assigning sales tasks, and maintaining accurate records of your sales team within your organisation. The steps are as follows:

Viewing Sales People Details

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Inquiry > Sales People List. SapphireOne will display a list of all salespeople within your organisation.
  2. Select a salesperson from the list.
  3. Click the View button to see detailed information about the salesperson, including their ID, Name, Contact Information, and Sales Performance Metrics.

Creating a New Salesperson Record

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Inquiry > Sales People List. SapphireOne will display a list of all salespeople within your organisation.
  2. Click the New button.
  3. Enter the following mandatory details:
    • Salesperson ID – A unique identifier for the salesperson.
    • Name – The full name of the salesperson.
    • Contact Information – Phone number and email address.
  4. Press Tab to proceed to the salesperson data entry page.

Modifying an Existing Salesperson Record

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Inquiry > Sales People List. SapphireOne will display a list of all salespeople within your organisation.
  2. Select a salesperson from the list.
  3. Click the Modify button to edit the salesperson details.
  4. Update necessary fields such as Contact Information, Sales Targets, and Performance Metrics.
  5. Click Save to save changes or Cancel to discard changes.

Generating Reports

  • Use the buttons located in the bottom right-hand corner of the Salesperson Record. The values are as follows:
    • PDF – Generate a report of the salesperson’s performance in PDF format.
    • Excel – Export the salesperson’s details to an Excel spreadsheet.
