In this section, we will cover how to manage the Stock List within SapphireOne Web Pack. Effective stock management is vital for maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and optimising stock control within your organisation. The steps are as follows:
Viewing Stock Details
- Navigate to Web Pack > Inquiry > Stock List. SapphireOne will display a list of all inventory items.
- Select an inventory item from the list.
- Click the View button to see detailed information about the stock item, including Item ID, Description, Quantity on Hand, Quantity on Order, Cost, Price, and Location.
Modifying Stock Details
- Navigate to Web Pack > Inquiry > Stock List. SapphireOne will display a list of all inventory items.
- Select an inventory item from the list.
- Click the Modify button to edit the stock details.
- Update necessary fields such as Quantity on Hand, Cost, Price, and Location.
- Click Save to save changes or Cancel to discard changes.
Generating Reports
- Use the buttons located in the bottom right-hand corner of the Stock Item which are as follows:
- PDF – Generate a report of the stock item in PDF format.
- Excel – Export the stock item details to an Excel spreadsheet.
