The Transfer function in SapphireOne allows users to seamlessly transfer inventory items from one location to another. This feature is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels across multiple locations within your organisation.

The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Transfer.
2. Select the source location from which items will be transferred.
3. Choose the inventory items you wish to transfer.
4. Specify the quantities for each item.
5. Choose the destination location where the items will be transferred.
6. Ensure all selected items, quantities, and locations are correct.
7. Make any necessary adjustments.
8. Click Confirm to finalise the transfer details.
9. Verify all information is accurate.
10. Click Submit to complete the transfer process.
