Record Visitor Information from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Visitor functionality in SapphireOne allows users to keep an electronic record of all visitors. This process is essential for maintaining security and ensuring that all visitor information is accurately recorded. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Visitor.
  2. Select the visitor entry option.
  3. Click on New Visitor Entry to begin a new entry.
  4. Enter the Visitor Name for identification purposes.
  5. Enter Visitor Details
    • Date – Enter the date of the visit.
    • Time In – Enter the time the visitor arrived.
    • Time Out – Enter the time the visitor left.
    • Purpose – Provide a brief description of the purpose of the visit.
  6. Review all entered details for accuracy.
  7. Click Confirm to finalise the visitor entry.
  8. Verify all information is correct.
  9. Click Submit to update the visitor records.
