Record Delivery and Arrival Information from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Delivery / Arrival functionality in SapphireOne enables users to manage the receipt and dispatch of goods. This process ensures that all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurately recorded, facilitating efficient inventory management and client satisfaction. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Delivery / Arrival.
  2. Select the appropriate option based on whether you are recording a delivery or an arrival.
  3. Click on New Delivery or New Arrival to begin a new session.
  4. Enter the Delivery / Arrival Name for identification purposes.
  5. Choose the items being delivered or received from the inventory list.
  6. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific items.
  7. For each selected item, enter the Delivered Quantity or Received Quantity in the respective field.
  8. Ensure that the quantities are accurate to avoid discrepancies.
  9. Review all entered quantities for accuracy.
  10. Click Confirm to finalise the delivery or arrival.
  11. Verify all information is correct.
  12. Click Submit to update the inventory records.
