The Matrix Order function in SapphireOne allows users to select inventory quantities from a matrix-style table. This feature is ideal for managing large orders with multiple items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Matrix Order.
- Select the client for whom you are placing the order.
- The matrix table will display available inventory items.
- Click on the cells corresponding to the desired items and quantities.
- Ensure all selected items and quantities are correct.
- Make any necessary adjustments.
- Click Confirm to finalise the order details.
- Verify all information is accurate.
- Click Submit to place the order.
