Place Orders Using a Matrix Table from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Matrix Order function in SapphireOne allows users to select inventory quantities from a matrix-style table. This feature is ideal for managing large orders with multiple items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Matrix Order.
  2. Select the client for whom you are placing the order.
  3. The matrix table will display available inventory items.
  4. Click on the cells corresponding to the desired items and quantities.
  5. Ensure all selected items and quantities are correct.
  6. Make any necessary adjustments.
  7. Click Confirm to finalise the order details.
  8. Verify all information is accurate.
  9. Click Submit to place the order.
