Log Machinery Usage and Time Sheets from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Time Sheet and Machinery Log function allows users to enter timesheets for machinery used in job projects. This feature ensures accurate tracking of machinery usage and associated costs, updating job project charges in real-time. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Time Sheet and Machinery Log.
  2. Click on New Machinery Log.
  3. Select the Machinery from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the Date and Time for the machinery usage.
  5. Specify the Job Project associated with the machinery usage.
  6. Enter the Hours Used.
  7. Add any relevant Notes or descriptions of the machinery usage.
  8. Review the entered details.
  9. Click Submit to save the machinery log.
  10. Navigate to the Machinery Log History to review submitted logs.
