The Time Sheet – RS function allows users to enter resource-based timesheets. This feature is essential for tracking employee hours, costs, and charges related to specific job projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Time Sheet – RS.
- Click on New Timesheet.
- Select the Resource from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the Date and Time for the work performed.
- Specify the Job Project associated with the work.
- Enter the Hours Worked.
- Add any relevant Notes or descriptions of the work performed.
- Review the entered details.
- Click Submit to save the timesheet.
- Review Timesheets – Navigate to the Timesheet History to review submitted timesheets.
