Enter Resource-Based Time Sheets from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Time Sheet – RS function allows users to enter resource-based timesheets. This feature is essential for tracking employee hours, costs, and charges related to specific job projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Time Sheet – RS.
  2. Click on New Timesheet.
  3. Select the Resource from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the Date and Time for the work performed.
  5. Specify the Job Project associated with the work.
  6. Enter the Hours Worked.
  7. Add any relevant Notes or descriptions of the work performed.
  8. Review the entered details.
  9. Click Submit to save the timesheet.
  • Review Timesheets – Navigate to the Timesheet History to review submitted timesheets.
