Enter Job Project Time Sheets from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Time Sheet – PR (Job Project) function allows project managers to enter job project-based timesheets, allocating resources to specific projects while in the field. This ensures accurate tracking of project hours and resource utilisation. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Time Sheet – PR (Job Project).
  2. Click on New Timesheet.
  3. Select the Job Project from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter the Date and Time for the work performed.
  5. Select the Resource from the list.
  6. Enter the Hours Worked and any additional Notes.
  7. Review the entered details.
  8. Click Submit to save the timesheet.
  • Review Timesheets – Navigate to the Timesheet History to review submitted timesheets.
