Check Items Ready for Delivery from the Sapphire Web Pack

The Checking Deliver functionality in SapphireOne allows users to verify the accuracy of delivered goods against the original order. This process is crucial for ensuring that clients receive the correct items and quantities, thereby maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Web Pack > Data Entry > Checking Deliver.
2. Select the delivery order you wish to check.
3. Click on New Check to begin a new session.
4. Enter the Check Name for identification purposes.
5. Choose the items from the delivery order that need to be checked.
6. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific items.
7. For each selected item, compare the Delivered Quantity with the Ordered Quantity.
8. Enter any discrepancies in the Discrepancy field.
9. Review all verified quantities and discrepancies for accuracy.
10. Click Confirm to finalise the check.
11. Verify all information is correct.
12. Click Submit to update the delivery records.
