All historical records for each employees pay hours, are displayed within the History Payroll function. The steps to review historical Payroll data are as follows:
- Navigate to Payroll/HR > History > Payroll.
- Select the Relevant Pay Period and Employees:
- Use the drop-down menus or search functions to choose the specific pay period you wish to review.
- Select the employees whose payroll data you need to examine.
- Review the Historical Payroll Data:
- Once the relevant pay period and employees are selected, the historical payroll data will be displayed.
- Review the details, including pay hours, deductions, and any other pertinent information.
