Generate and Review Roster Reports

The Roster by Employee Report in SapphireOne is a valuable tool for efficiently managing workforce scheduling. This report offers a detailed overview of employee rosters, providing a comprehensive view of individual work assignments, shifts, and schedules. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Show Reports – Roster by Emplotee:
    • Go to Payroll/HR > History > Show Reports
  2. Select the Roster by Employee report.
  3. Select Relevant Period and Employees:
    • Choose the relevant date range for the roster report from the available options.
    • Select the employees whose roster details you wish to include in the report. You can select individual employees or all active employees.
  4. Customise Report Criteria:
    • Use the available options to customise the report criteria, such as sorting by employee ID, name, date, scheduled time, shift details, and other relevant parameters.
  5. Generate and Review the Roster Report:
    • Click the Recalculate button to generate the report with the selected criteria.
    • Review the generated roster report to ensure all scheduling details, including shifts, breaks, hours worked, and fill percentages, are accurate and complete.
