This unit covers how to review the Months Activities for Payroll within SapphireOne. This functionality is crucial for tracking and analysing your organisation’s payroll activities over a specific month. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Management > Analysis and then select the Month’s Activities for Payroll item. SapphireOne will display the Month’s Activities for Payroll screen.
- There are three buttons across the bottom of the screen and these are used as follows:
- Page 2 β This button Is a toggle that allows a user to switch between the first and second page in the report.
- Print β This button enables you to print the report directly. The printer dialog alert, displayed twice as there are two pages in the report, will automatically be displayed for your selected platform, whether itβs MacOS or Windows.
- OK β When This button is selected the Month’s Activities for Payroll screen will be closed.
