In this unit, you will learn how to generate and review the Statement of Position II within SapphireOne. This functionality is essential for understanding your organisations financial standing at a specific point in time. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Management > Analysis and then select the Statement of Position II item. SapphireOne will display the Statement of Position II Company Name screen.
- This function is for view and reviewing data only.
- There are six different Tabs available for viewing of summarised information within the Statements of Position II screen. These tabs are as follows.
- Overview – The Overview tab allows you to view the information pertaining to your business in a condensed form.
- Accounts – This tab provides the user with all transactions relating to client and vendor balances.
- Inventory – This tab provides the user with information on inventory, sales, purchases, and stock levels.
- Invoices – This tab provides information on sales and purchase transactions, as well as details for the current periods.
- Projects – This tab provides details about any projects that affect your statement of position.
- Bank Accounts – This tab provides balances for all bank accounts that impact your statement of position.
- OK Button – Once you have reviewed all the data in the tabs, select the OK button to close the Statement of Position II screen.
