This section covers how to review the Months Activities within SapphireOne. This functionality is crucial for tracking and analysing your organisation’s financial activities over a specific month.
The Months Activities function within SapphireOne Management Mode provides a summarised view of the transactions that have been processed for the current month. It displays the movement for the month in regards to Cash, Clients and Vendors. It also provides Month To Date details on all Client and Vendor balances.The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Management > Analysis and then select the Months Activities item.
- SapphireOne will display a Statement of the months Activities.
- Click on the Print button and your platforms print alert will be displayed. From there the user can elect to print the statement or save it as a pdf.
- Review the report for detailed insights into the financial activities of the selected months.
