Access Management Show Reports

The Show Reports function within the Management module of SapphireOne allows users to generate various reports tailored to their organisational needs. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions on how to configure and generate these reports. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Management > Analysis > Show Reports.
  2. From the drop-down menu, choose the type of report you wish to generate. Common report types include Sales, Inventory, and Financial reports.
  3. After selecting the report type, configure the necessary criteria:
    • Date Range – Select the start and end dates for the report.
    • Filters – Apply any relevant filters such as department, product category, or client.
    • Format – Choose the desired format for the report (HTML or CSV).
  4. Click on the Generate Report button.
  5. The report will be displayed in a new tab or downloaded in the selected format.
  6. If the report is displayed in HTML format, you can export it by clicking on the Export button.
  7. Choose the desired export format (CSV) for further analysis in external spreadsheet programs.
