Record a Resource Time Sheet

The Resource Time Sheet allows you to enter and allocate time or labor to specific projects. This is essential for accurate project tracking and resource management. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Job Projects > Resources > Data Entry and then select the Resource Time Sheet item. Sapphire one will display the Resource Time Sheet Entry screen. ready for data entry.
  2. Project area – Enter the Resource ID and other data as required paying attention to the dates as entered by SapphireOne
    Time Sheet area – Add Timesheet items by selecting the green + button or use the Command / key combination.
    • Job Project ID – Enter the Job Project ID first, and SapphireOne will automatically populate most of the data from the Job Project’s master record.
    • Other Items – Enter additional details as required, such as the date, start and finish times, and the quantity, which is typically recorded in hours.
  3. Reviewing – Review the time sheet entry for accuracy paying attention to date and times.
  4. Posting – Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the new Resource Time Sheet.
