The Post Transactions function in the Resources menu allows you to finalise and post Resource Based transactions, making them available for financial reporting. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > Resources > Process and select the Post Transactions item. Sapphire one will display the posting list screen limited to Resource based transactions
- Selection – Select the transactions that you want to post.
- Indicator – A small
(MacOS) or a + sign (Windows) appears on the last column of each item’s line to indicate that they are marked for posting.
- Posting – Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to post the selected transactions.
