The Open Time Sheet function allows you to view and manage any open timesheets for the currently logged-in user. It is important to emphasise that this functionality is exclusive to the currently logged-in user and does not extend to other users’ timesheets.The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > Resources > Data Entry and select the Open Time Sheet item. SapphireOne will either display an alert stating that there are no open timesheets for the user, or automatically open the existing un-posted timesheet for the currently logged-in user.
- The user may then review or modify an Open Timesheets for themselves.
- View – The user may choose to review the details they have entered before the timesheet is processed in a payslip (Posted by the payroll officer).
- Modify – Alternatively, they may need to make alterations to the existing details, or add additional lines to their timesheet.
- Saving – Saving – If any changes are made, the user must click the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the alterations or updates.
