Manage Resource Transactions

The Transactions function allows you to manage all resource-related transactions, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigation – Go to Job Projects > Resources > Inquiry and then select the Transactions item. Sapphire one will display the Time Sheet Transactions list screen displaying a current list of all timesheets in the data file. Note that this includes both Resource and Job Project based time sheets.
  2. Reviewing – Review the Timesheets as follows.
    • Viewing – View the list of all Resource and Job Project-based timesheets within the data file.
    • Modification – Provided the timesheet is unposted, the user can select the timesheet and modify it as needed.
    • Deletion – Provided the timesheet remains unposted the user can delete these as required.
  3. Saving – When a timesheet is modified, saving is confirmed by clicking the green tick button in the main toolbar.
