Manage Resource Transactions

The Transactions function allows you to manage all resource-related transactions, ensuring accurate financial tracking and reporting. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Job Projects > Resources > Inquiry and then select the Transactions item. Sapphire one will display the Time Sheet Transactions list screen displaying a current list of all timesheets in the data file. Note that this includes both Resource and Job Project based time sheets.
  2. Review the Timesheets and note that they may not be deleted:
    • Viewing – View the list of all Resource and Job Project-based timesheets within the data file.
    • Modification – If the timesheet is unposted, the user can select the timesheet and modify it as needed.
  3. Saving – For any timesheet that has been modified, the user clicks on the green tick button on the main toolbar to confirm and save the changes.
