Generate a Resource Details Report

The Details Report function provides detailed reports on resource allocations and transactions, aiding in comprehensive project analysis. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to Job Projects > Resources > Report and then select the Details item. Sapphire one will display the Resource Details Reports printer alert.
  2. Select the criteria for the report as listed below.
    • Print Destination – From this drop down menu select from Printer through to Labels.
    • Report Type – There is just the one option from this menu One Liner.
    • Report Sort Order – The user has just two options by ID or by Class.
    • Report Selection – This is a very important menu as the user has a selection of three drop down menus to select from.
  3. Checking – Check and review all of the options you have selected from the four menus above.
  4. Printing – Click on the blue Print button to view the Resource Details report.
