Utilise Job Projects Dashboards

The Dashboards feature in SapphireOne provides a visual representation of Job Project data, offering insights into project performance and key metrics. This functionality is essential for quick analysis and decision-making. The steps are as follows:

1. Navigate to Job Projects > Job Projects > Dashboards.
2. Select Dashboard Criteria:
   • Project – Choose the Job Project from the drop-down menu.
   • Date Range – Enter the start and end dates for the dashboard view.
   • Department – Select the relevant department if applicable.
3. Review the visual data representations such as charts and graphs.
4. Analyse key metrics and performance indicators.
5. Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the dashboard data.
6. Click the Print button to print the dashboard view if needed.
