The Price Book function here in the Job Projects mode mirrors the pricing functionality available in Inventory mode, allowing you to manage pricing information specifically for Job Projects directly within the Job Projects mode.The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > Inventory > Inquiry and then select the Price Book item. Sapphire one will open the Price Book list screen displaying a list of Price Book entries currently in the system
- The user my then do any of the following:
- Adding – To add a new Price Book record, click the blue + button and SapphireOne will display the New Price Book screen ready for data entry. Enter the new ID, Name and any other details as required.
- Modify – Select an existing Price Book record to view or modify, make necessary changes and save, using the green tick button on the main toolbar.
- Deleting – To delete an existing Price Book record, select it and click the red delete button on the main toolbar.
