- Navigation – Go to Job Projects > History > Inquiry and select the Inventory Lines item. SapphireOne will display the History Inventory Lines list screen, showing all inventory lines that have been allocated to Job Projects within the system. From this list, users have several options available. Note: All actions apply only to the currently selected or highlighted inventory item/s.
- Options Menu –Once the complete list of historical Inventory Lines is displayed onscreen, select the Options menu from the main toolbar. This menu provides a range of search and filter options, enabling the user to locate a single time sheet or a group of time sheets as required.

- Tools menu – The Tools menu offers functions for viewing and selecting inventory lines from historical records across all Job Projects. These tools assist in locating and managing past inventory usage efficiently.
