The Inventory Lines function in SapphireOne allows users to view and manage historical inventory transactions associated with a specific Job Project. This functionality is crucial for tracking inventory usage and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > History > Inventory Lines.
- Select Project:
- Project ID – Enter the Project ID or use the wildcard @ symbol to search for the correct Project.
- Date Range – Specify the start and end dates for the inventory history.
- Click on the Recalculate button to display the inventory lines.
- Review the inventory transaction details displayed on the screen.
- Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the inventory lines. Alternatively, click the Print button to print the inventory lines.
