The Time Lines function in SapphireOne allows users to view and manage historical time line entries associated with a specific Job Project. This functionality is vital for tracking project timelines and ensuring accurate scheduling. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > History > Time Lines.
- Select Project:
- Project ID – Enter the Project ID or use the wildcard @ symbol to search for the correct Project.
- Date Range – Specify the start and end dates for the time line history.
- Click on the Recalculate button to display the time lines.
- Review the time line details displayed on the screen.
- Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the time lines. Alternatively, click the Print button to print the time lines.
