The Time Sheets function in SapphireOne allows users to view and manage historical time sheet entries associated with a specific Job Project. This functionality is essential for tracking labour costs and ensuring accurate timekeeping. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to Job Projects > History > Time Sheets.
- Select Project:
- Project ID – Enter the Project ID or use the wildcard @ symbol to search for the correct Project.
- Date Range – Specify the start and end dates for the time sheet history.
- Click on the Recalculate button to display the time sheets.
- Review the time sheet details displayed on the screen.
- Use the Export to HTML or Export to CSV buttons to save the time sheets. Alternatively, click the Print button to print the time sheets.
