To ensure that each sales transaction is properly attributed and managed, follow these steps to set up Sales Representatives and Carriers in SapphireOne:
- Navigate to Inventory > Sales > Inquiry and select the Sales Rep and Carrier item.
- Click on the “+” button to create a new Sales Representative or Carrier master record.
- Enter the required details for this new master record.
- It should be noted there is a Employee data entry field to link an employee to this Sale Rep master record
- Save the Sales Rep or Carrier record by clicking the green Save button on the main toolbar.
