Creating a Sales Quote

Creating a Sales Quote is the initial step in the sales process, allowing you to provide potential clients with a detailed estimate of the products or services they are interested in. This brief guide will walk you through the process of creating a sales quote in SapphireOne.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Sales > Data Entry and select the Quote Client Invoice option (QCI).
  2. Enter the Client ID directly or search an existing Client by using the @ symbol to search.
  3. Add inventory items to the Sales Quote by using the green + button or the Command / button combination.
  4. Enter the Quantities required for this quote.
  5. SapphireOne will automatically enter the rate set up for each Inventory Item or service.
    • You may overwrite this and enter the rate manually if required.
  6. Save the Sales Quote by clicking the Save button on the main toolbar.
