Manage Hire Transactions

SapphireOne records all Hire Transactions as it does for all other types of transactions. This Hire Transaction function applies a filter so that only Hire Client Invoices HCI’s are displayed in the list of transactions. From this list, HCI transactions are managed in exactly the same way as all other types of transactions in SapphireOne as follows:

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Point of Sale > Inquiry and then select the Hire Transactions item. SapphireOne will display the current list of Hire transactions that are currently active in the data file (HCI’s).
  2. Viewing or Modification – These may be Viewed or Modified if they remain unposted.
  3. Saving – If a transaction has been modified the user must click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the any Changes or Modifications.
