The Services functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage various services related to inventory management, ensuring efficient service delivery and resource allocation.
Create a new Services Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen displaying a list of Services items already in the data file.
- Click on the New, blue + button and the New Services Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
- Name – Enter a unique name for this new Services record.
- Details – Add items to the Services record as required.
- Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to create the new Services record.
Modify an existing Services Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen.
- Select the Services record that you wish to modify.
- Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Services details screen will be displayed.
- Make the necessary modification or changes.
- Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the Services changes or modifications.
Viewing an existing Services Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen.
- Select the Services record that you wish to view.
- Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Services Details screen will be displayed.
