Create, Modify, and View Services

The Services functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage various services related to inventory management, ensuring efficient service delivery and resource allocation.

Create a new Services Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen displaying a list of Services items already in the data file.
  2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Services Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
    • Name – Enter a unique name for this new Services record.
    • Details – Add items to the Services record as required.
  3. Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to create the new Services record.

Modify an existing Services Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen.
  2. Select the Services record that you wish to modify.
  3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Services details screen will be displayed.
  4. Make the necessary modification or changes.
  5. Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the Services changes or modifications.

Viewing an existing Services Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Services item. SapphireOne will display the Services list screen.
  2. Select the Services record that you wish to view.
  3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Services Details screen will be displayed.
