Create, Modify, and View Services

The Services functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage various services related to inventory management, ensuring efficient service delivery and resource allocation.

Create a Service

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Services.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Service Name – Enter a unique name for the service.
   • Details – Provide relevant details about the service.
4. Click ‘Save’ to create the service.

Modify a Service

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Services.
2. Select the service you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the service.

View a Service

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Services.
2. Select the service you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
