Create, Modify, and View an Importer

The Importer functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage the importation of goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient handling of imported items.

Create an Importer

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Importer.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Importer Name – Enter a unique name for the importer.
   • Details – Provide relevant details about the importer.
4. Click ‘Save’ to create the importer.

Modify an Importer

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Importer.
2. Select the importer you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the importer.

View an Importer

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Importer.
2. Select the importer you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
