The Rebate functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage rebates offered to clients, ensuring accurate tracking and application of rebate programs.
Create a Rebate
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
- Click on the ‘New’ button.
- Fill out the necessary fields:
- Rebate Name – Enter a unique name for the rebate.
- Details – Provide relevant details about the rebate.
- Click ‘Save’ to create the rebate.
Modify a Rebate
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
- Select the rebate you wish to modify.
- Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click ‘Save’ to update the rebate.
View a Rebate
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
- Select the rebate you wish to view.
- Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
