Create, Modify, and View a Rebate

The Rebate functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage rebates offered to clients, ensuring accurate tracking and application of rebate programs.

Creating a new Rebate Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Rebate item. SapphireOne will display the Rebate list screen displaying a list of Rebate items already in the data file.
  2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Rebate Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
    • Rebate Name – Enter a unique name for this new Rebate record.
    • Details – Provide relevant details about this new Rebate record.
  3. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this New Rebate record.

Modifying an existing Rebate Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Rebate item. SapphireOne will display the Rebate list screen.
  2. Select the Rebate record that you wish to modify.
  3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the New Rebate Details screen will be displayed.
  4. Make the necessary modification or changes.
  5. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Rebate changes or modifications.

Viewing an existing Rebate Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Rebate item. SapphireOne will display the Rebate list screen.
  2. Select the Rebate record that you wish to view.
  3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Rebate Details screen will be displayed.
