Create, Modify, and View a Rebate

The Rebate functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage rebates offered to clients, ensuring accurate tracking and application of rebate programs.

Create a Rebate

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
  2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
  3. Fill out the necessary fields:
    • Rebate Name – Enter a unique name for the rebate.
    • Details – Provide relevant details about the rebate.
  4. Click ‘Save’ to create the rebate.

Modify a Rebate

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
  2. Select the rebate you wish to modify.
  3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
  4. Make the necessary changes.
  5. Click ‘Save’ to update the rebate.

View a Rebate

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Rebate.
  2. Select the rebate you wish to view.
  3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
