Create, Modify, and View a Manifest Vehicle

The Manifest Vehicle functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage vehicles used for delivery runs, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of transport resources.

Create a Manifest Vehicle

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest Vehicle.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Vehicle Name – Enter a unique name for the vehicle.
   • Details – Provide relevant details about the vehicle.
   • Click ‘Save’ to create the manifest vehicle.

Modify a Manifest Vehicle

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest Vehicle.
2. Select the vehicle you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the vehicle.

View a Manifest Vehicle

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest Vehicle.
2. Select the vehicle you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
