Create, Modify, and View a Manifest Vehicle

The Manifest Vehicle functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage vehicles used for delivery runs, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of transport resources.

Creating a new Manifest Vehicle Record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manifest Vehicle item. SapphireOne will display the Manifest Vehicle list screen displaying a list of Manifest Vehicle items already in the data file
2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Manifest Vehicle Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
   • Manifest Vehicle Name – Enter a unique name for the Manifest Vehicle.
   • Company – Since the user is logged in to a company SapphireOne will enter that same company.
   • Type – Enter as required.
3. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this new Manifest Vehicle record.

Modifying an existing Manifest Vehicle record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manifest Vehicle item. SapphireOne will display the Manifest Vehicle list screen.
2. Select the Manifest Vehicle record that you wish to modify.
3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Manifest Vehicle details screen will be displayed.
4. Make the necessary modification or changes.
5. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Manifest changes or modifications.

Viewing an existing Manifest Vehicle Record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manifest Vehicle item. SapphireOne will display the Manifest Vehicle list screen.
2. Select the Manifest Vehicle record that you wish to view.
3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Manifest Vehicle Details screen will be displayed.
