Create, Modify, and View a Manifest

The Manifest functionality in SapphireOne allows you to create, modify, and view manifests for delivery runs. This helps in tracking and managing the delivery of goods.

Create a Manifest

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Manifest Name – Enter a unique name for the manifest.
   • Delivery Run – Link the manifest to a delivery run.
   • Items – Add items to the manifest.
4. Click ‘Save’ to create the manifest.

Modify a Manifest

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest.
2. Select the manifest you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the manifest.

View a Manifest

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Manifest.
2. Select the manifest you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
