The Manager functionality in SapphireOne allows you to oversee various Inventory management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource allocation.
Creating a new Manager Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen displaying a list of all Manager item already in the data file.
- Click on the New, blue + button and the New Manager data entry screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
- Manager Name – Enter a unique name for this new Manager record.
- Details – Provide relevant details about this new Manager record.
- Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this new Manager record.
Modifying an existing Manager Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen.
- Select the Manager record that you wish to modify.
- Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Manager details screen will be displayed.
- Make the necessary modification or changes.
- Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Manager records changes or modifications.
Viewing an existing Manager Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen.
- Select the Manager record that you wish to view.
- Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Manager Details screen will be displayed.
