Create, Modify, and View a Manager Record

The Manager functionality in SapphireOne allows you to oversee various Inventory management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective resource allocation.

Creating a new Manager Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen displaying a list of all Manager item already in the data file.
  2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Manager data entry screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
    • Manager Name – Enter a unique name for this new Manager record.
    • Details – Provide relevant details about this new Manager record.
  3. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this new Manager record.

Modifying an existing Manager Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen.
  2. Select the Manager record that you wish to modify.
  3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Manager details screen will be displayed.
  4. Make the necessary modification or changes.
  5. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Manager records changes or modifications.

Viewing an existing Manager Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Manager item. SapphireOne will display the Manager list screen.
  2. Select the Manager record that you wish to view.
  3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Manager Details screen will be displayed.
