The Loyalty functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage Loyalty Programs for Clients, ensuring accurate tracking and rewarding of Client Loyalty.
Create a new Loyalty Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen display a list of Loyalty Program items already in the data file.
- Click on the New, blue + button and the New Loyalty Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
- Loyalty Name – Enter a unique name for this new Loyalty program record.
- Details – Provide relevant details about this new loyalty program record.
- Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this new new Loyalty record.
Modify an existing Loyalty Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen.
- Select the Loyalty record that you wish to modify.
- Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Loyalty Details screen will be displayed.
- Make the necessary modification or changes.
- Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Loyalty records changes or modifications.
Viewing an existing Loyalty Record
- Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen.
- Select the Loyalty record that you wish to view.
- Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Loyalty Details screen will be displayed.
