Create, Modify, and View a Loyalty Program

The Loyalty functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage loyalty programs for clients, ensuring accurate tracking and rewarding of client loyalty.

Create a Loyalty Program

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Loyalty.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Loyalty Program Name – Enter a unique name for the loyalty program.
   • Details – Provide relevant details about the loyalty program.
4. Click ‘Save’ to create the loyalty program.

Modify a Loyalty Program

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Loyalty.
2. Select the loyalty program you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the loyalty program.

View a Loyalty Program

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Loyalty.
2. Select the loyalty program you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
