Create, Modify, and View a Loyalty Program

The Loyalty functionality in SapphireOne allows you to manage Loyalty Programs for Clients, ensuring accurate tracking and rewarding of Client Loyalty.

Create a new Loyalty Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen display a list of Loyalty Program items already in the data file.
  2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Loyalty Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
    • Loyalty Name – Enter a unique name for this new Loyalty program record.
    • Details – Provide relevant details about this new loyalty program record.
  3. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to create this new new Loyalty record.

Modify an existing Loyalty Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen.
  2. Select the Loyalty record that you wish to modify.
  3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Loyalty Details screen will be displayed.
  4. Make the necessary modification or changes.
  5. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Loyalty records changes or modifications.

Viewing an existing Loyalty Record

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Loyalty item. SapphireOne will display the Loyalty list screen.
  2. Select the Loyalty record that you wish to view.
  3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Loyalty Details screen will be displayed.
