Create, Modify, and View a Delivery Run

The Delivery Run functionality in SapphireOne allows you to organise and manage delivery sequences for client orders. This ensures timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Creating a new Delivery Run Record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Delivery Run item. SapphireOne will display the Delivery Run list screen with a list of Deliver Run items.
2. Click on the New, blue + button and the New Delivery_Run Details screen will be displayed. Enter data into the necessary fields as required:
   • Delivery Run Name – Enter a unique name for this new Delivery Run record.
   • Date – Select the delivery date.
   • Client – Choose the Client from the dropdown list.
3. Click on the green tick button on the main toolbar to create this new Delivery Run record

Modifying a Delivery Run Record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Delivery Run item. SapphireOne will display the Delivery Run list screen.
2. Select the Delivery Run you wish to modify.
3. Click on the Modify button on the main toolbar and the Delivery_Run Details screen will be displayed.
4. Make the necessary Modification or changes.
5. Click on the green tick on the main toolbar to save the Delivery Run changes.

Viewing a Delivery Run Record

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Inquiry and then select the Delivery Run item. SapphireOne will display the Delivery Run list screen.
2. Select the Delivery Run you wish to view.
3. Click on the View button on the main toolbar and the Delivery_Run Details screen will be displayed.
