Create, Modify, and View a Delivery Run

The Delivery Run functionality in SapphireOne allows you to organise and manage delivery sequences for client orders. This ensures timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Create a Delivery Run

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Delivery Run.
2. Click on the ‘New’ button.
3. Fill out the necessary fields:
   • Delivery Run Name – Enter a unique name for the delivery run.
   • Date – Select the delivery date.
   • Client – Choose the client from the dropdown list.
4. Click ‘Save’ to create the delivery run.

Modify a Delivery Run

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Delivery Run.
2. Select the delivery run you wish to modify.
3. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.
4. Make the necessary changes.
5. Click ‘Save’ to update the delivery run.

View a Delivery Run

1. Navigate to Inventory > Manager > Delivery Run.
2. Select the delivery run you wish to view.
3. Click on the ‘View’ button to see the details.
