View, Add, or Delete an Inventory Matrix Item

This function allows you to manage matrix items, which are variations of inventory items based on attributes such as size or colour. The steps are as follows.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and then select the Matrix item. SapphireOne will display the Item Matrix screen with a list of any current Matrix items in the data file. From this list the user has four options
    • New – To add a new Matrix item, click the blue + button on the main toolbar. Sapphire one will display the New Item Matrix screen.
    • Modification – Select an item Matrix and then click on the blue Modification button on the main toolbar.
    • Saving New & Modified items – When data entry is complete select the green tick button on the main toolbar to save the new Item Matrix, or modified Matrix record.
    • Viewing – Select an Addition or Deduction and click on the blue View button on the main toolbar.
    • Delete – To delete an addition or deduction, select it and then click on the red Delete button on the main toolbar. (Restrictions apply)
  1. New – To add a new Matrix item, click the blue + button on the main toolbar and enter the required details. Then select the green tick on the main toolbar to save the new matrix item.
  2. Viewing – Select a Matrix item and select the blue View button on the main toolbar.
  3. Modification – Select Matrix item and select the blue Modification button on the main toolbar.
  4. Delete – To delete a Matrix item, select it and click the red Delete button on the main toolbar.
