This function allows you to manage inventory alarms, which notify you of critical inventory levels or other important conditions. The steps are as follows.
- Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Inquiry and then select the Inventory Alarm item. SapphireOne will display the Inventory Alarm screen with a list of any current alarms in the data file. From here the user has four choices:
- New – To add a new Inventory Alarm, click the blue + button on the main toolbar. Sapphire one will display the New Inventory Alarm screen.
- Modification – Select an Inventory Alarm record, thenselect the blue Modification button on the main toolbar.
- Saving New & Modified items – When data entry is complete select the green tick button on the main toolbar to save either the new Inventory Alarm record, or the modified Alarm record.
- Viewing – Select an Inventory Alarm record, then select the blue View button on the main toolbar.
- Delete – To delete an Inventory Alarm record, select it and then click on the red Delete button on the main toolbar. (Restrictions apply)
