Reporting using the Inventory Status Report

This function allows you to generate status reports, providing an overview of the current status of inventory items. The steps are as follows.

  1. Navigate to Inventory > Inventory > Report and select the Status item. SapphireOne will then display the Inventory Reports print dialog alert.
  2. From this alert, select the report parameters as required.
    • Make selections from the Print Destination, Report Type, Report Sort Order and Report Selection menus as required.
  3. When all is correct select the Print button.
  4. Review the Inventory Status details in the report.
